30-Day Returns
At The Royal Blanket, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, based on the carrier's confirmed delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation
Requesting a Return
All returns require prior approval. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted or refunded.
To begin a return:
- Email us at theroyalblanket@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
- Once approved, return the item in its original packaging.
- Returned items must be received within the 30-day return period.
Please note that returns received without original packaging may qualify for a partial refund of up to 70% of the item's purchase price. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
100-Night Comfort Guarantee
Your comfort matters to us. If your blanket develops a tear or defect during normal use within the first 100 nights after delivery, we will replace it with a new product at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to manufacturing defects and normal household use.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at theroyalblanket@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item
Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
Exchanges & Change-of-Mind Returns
If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, you may request an exchange or return within the eligible return period. In these cases, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Refund Information
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds apply only to the value of the returned product. Original shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, insurance fees, and other service-related costs are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
