Order Processing
All orders are processed during business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Orders are dispatched once payment has been successfully verified.
- During busy seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If you do not receive tracking details or experience issues tracking your package, please contact us at theroyalblanket@gmail.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Shipping Origin
To ensure efficient fulfillment and delivery, orders may be shipped from one of our partner warehouses or distribution centers, depending on product availability and destination.
This allows us to provide faster service and maintain product availability for customers worldwide.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may occasionally apply when your package arrives in your country.

Address Changes

The Royal Blanket cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check around your property, mailbox, porch, reception area, or mailroom.
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building management if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Allow 1–2 business days in case the carrier completes delivery after marking the package as delivered.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact your local courier or postal service to open an investigation.
Lost in Transit
A package may be considered lost if tracking information has not updated for 20 consecutive days.
If this occurs, contact us at theroyalblanket@gmail.com, and we will review the shipment and assist with an appropriate resolution.
Stolen Packages
Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after successful delivery confirmation.
